In his first film El Santo was still referred to as ‘El Enmascarado’. Rendered compliant by a scientist and his gangsters via a serum and mysterious rays, he is forced for the opening act to be a henchman for the evil forces who want to take over the world. The film has great historic value, due also to its impressive exterior shots of pre-revolutionary Cuba 1959.
Santo vs. Infernal Men
Agent Joaquin recalls his latest mission while lying wounded in an ambulance: Joaquin has infiltrated into a band of smugglers. When the villains learn the truth about him, they kidnap Jouqin's fiancee. Santo comes to her rescue and fights the band.

Investigators Conrado and Fernando take a leave of the absence from the police force to track down Fernando's girlfriend Virginia. Virginia, a reporter, has left town and is working undercover as a barmaid in order to interview Refugio Canales, a criminal and small town municipal president. Santo vs. Capulina
Calpuina is a night-watchman in a wharehouse, a perfect job for him. Then he decides that he will put on a wrestler's mask and help El Santo to caputre the crooks.

A group of international criminals steal a large emerald from a heavily guarded Colombian mine and they plan to sell it on the black market. Unfortunately, the evil Dr. Igor is also manipulating other criminals, as well as the ones who stole the emerald, for his own benefit. Santo, a Mexican wrestler/Interpol agent works with the Colombian authorities in an attempt to recover the emerald and to stop Dr. Igor and his subordinates, as well.
