Manasellam

While Bala is traveling, his stuff is stolen and he's left with no money or identification. A gracious shop owner allows him to stay in an apartment above his home where three men already live. Worried that their new roommate will steal the heart of their striking neighbor Malar, they hire some thugs to beat up Bala. But Malar comes to his rescue and they fall in love.
