The owner is exhausted from trying to make ends meet for his family, which in turn has taken a toll on the staff, food and overall performance of the restaurant. Chef Ramsay is disgusted to find 12 freezers filled with rancid and inedible pre-made meals and he reaches his breaking point when one diner needs an ambulance after eating a defrosted piece of seafood.
