Strange events are occurring around the world, and one of these include the reemerging of the ancient stone giants! Meanwhile, Ivan Whisky has a premonition of dangers yet to come, which could be a sign that the end of mankind is near!

While searching for more signs of the stone giants, Joe encounters a young orphaned boy named "Per", who tells of an "ice giant" who killed his father. The ice giant was dismissed by many as a fairy tale, but as Joe and Per later learn, sometimes the monsters we meet are not imaginary at all!

When the Stone Giants attack Paris, the homeland of Francoise Arnoul, the 00 cyborgs travel there to save the beloved city of France. But is there more to these attacks? What is the motive behind Paris' destruction?

A letter from Jacques, an old friend of Pyunma's prompts the 00 cyborgs to travel to Africa, only to find Jacques a bitter man. Meanwhile, the people of Africa are whipped into a religious frenzy when they see a god defeat a Stone Giant, but to the 00 cyborgs, the idea of divine faith is truly a sham!

The 00 Cyborgs head to Easter Island to investigate the mystery of the Moai statues, only to stumble upon a possible link to the Stone Giants that have been terrorizing the world.

Gold is disappearing all over the world and signs point to the Gods being behind it. The 00 Cyborgs head to a mining town in South Africa to discover the cause of the strange thefts.. a warped version of Freyja, the Norse Goddess of Love!

The 00 Cyborgs go to Tibet to investigate strange attacks on a village, only to find that the villagers are worshiping the Norse Gods and being used as slaves to build a shrine. While the cyborgs plan to liberate them, Loki has plans of his own for the cyborgs.....

The Norse Gods are terrorizing Vienna, Austria, famed city of classical music and art, by creating a phenomenon that torments humans and robs them of their will to create music and art. They plan to "reclaim" what is rightfully theirs as they gave humanity the gift of art. The 00 Cyborgs head to Austria to stop the gods from destroying a music festival and rescue the daughter of the organizer of the event.

After the defeat of the Norse Gods, Geronimo returns home to the Arizona desert. But he is greeted by suspicion and prejudice among his neighbors and his closest friend tries to drive him away. He learns his old Indian friend Cochise is attacking towns and killing people in order to drive the white men off their land. Can a friendship prevail even when evil has clouded it?

Dr. Gilmore receives a letter from Professor Reinhardt, an old colleague from World War II, about his research after his death. Gilmore sends 004 to Düsseldorf, Germany to protect Professor Reinhardt's daughter Lena and the scientific secrets of Wagnium, only for Albert to uncover a plot by the remnants of the Nazis to use Wagnium to revive Hitler!

On a lonely night, Joe drives and wanders through Japan without any particular reason. Upon stopping at a ferry port, he runs into a hotheaded young boxer named Takeshi, who reminds Joe of what he was like in his youth. Soaked in the memories of what led to him becoming a cyborg, Joe soon sees a Ghost from his own past targeting Takeshi!

The nations of Tylon and Zudisia have been warring with each other over a border dispute for years. But the leaders of the nations are agreeing to a ceasefire to meet for diplomatic talks that could end the wars. 004 feels uneasy about the signing of the peace treaty and decides to go alone to Zudisia to make sure the treaty is signed without any incident.

A trio of poachers in Greece capture an amphibious boy who emerges from the sea and take him to a Marine research lab where he is treated like an animal. 009 and 003 rescue him and learn he is named Messela..and he may be from the lost continent of Atlantis!

While things have been relatively quiet for the Cyborgs, a newspaper report about the gangs of New York City causes a fight with Jet among his teammates. He leaves to go back home and visit his old flame Natalie and his friends in the Blue Rose Gang. Jet soon gets involved in a gang war run by a ghost from his own past...

Narcotic X, a new lethal addictive drug, is sweeping like an epidemic in recreational usage among the wealthy elite. With the death toll rising, the 00 Cyborgs must find the trafficking route to locate the manufacturer before more people die from it.

In Hungary, reports of strange sightings and kidnappings are going on that, according to the locals, involve Count Dracula! The 00 Cyborgs travel to a town in Hungary near the Carpathian mountains to investigate, only to learn that the town is being attacked by vampires....or is it? The 00 Cyborgs soon learn the town is full of frenzied villagers who trust no one and kill anyone who comes out at dusk. 009 must face off against the legendary Count to unravel this mystery and save the town from itself!

The 00 cyborgs are invited to a birthday party by an old friend of Dr. Gilmore, which leads to a strange island in the middle of the ocean. Dr. Gilmore is hoping for a joyful reunion, but the past doesn't always hold good memories, as the 00 cyborgs find themselves targeted by an old man bent on revenge...

009 heads to Algiers, Algeria for some sightseeing, when he sees someone he never expected, his old girlfriend Mayumi. She is on the run from gangsters who wish to know the location of a scientist named "Le Brun". Mayumi explains that she is being targeted by terrorists from an enemy intelligence agency who want Le Brun's research. Can 009 protect her or will he be scrapped?
