In Eric Adjepong's cooking competition, chefs from California, Florida, and Colorado strategize with ingredients in round one against French-trained Chef Alex. Judges Ludo Lefebvre and Victoire Loup crown the winner after the finale.

Three seasoned dessert chefs from across the United States challenge Alex Guarnaschelli in two sweet rounds of cooking. Representing California, Washington and Texas, the chefs are betting their skills with pastry can give them a chance at taking down Chef Alex. Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chefs specializing in vegetarian and vegan cuisine to the arena. The chefs from New York, Oregon and Texas, representing some of the most popular vegan spots in their states, will have to strategize what type of ingredients they help them be successful in round 1, all in hopes of knocking Chef Alex out of the competition and a chance to win $10,000. Judges Jet Tila and Fariyal Abdullahi will determined the winner of these intense No Meat Allowed challenges.
