Ann and Alan compete to bake Raufikat’s deliciously tart Lemon Meringue Cupcakes. Watch as they take on fresh lemon curd filling and smooth Swiss meringue. And watch-out when the blowtorches fire up!

Raufikat’s Birthday Cake may intimidate Ann and Alan with its four vanilla sponge layers and fluffy chocolate frosting. But the beginner bakers are determined to conquer this cake one way or another.

Raufikat guides Alan and Ann through a checkerboard patterned Battenberg Cake, layered with homemade raspberry jam. They wrestle with math to assemble it and learn to create marzipan rose decorations.

Raufikat teaches Ann and Alan to bake iconically-Canadian cream-filled donuts using yeasted dough and deep-fried to perfection. The twist is that these donuts are flavoured to their individual flair.

Raufikat gets Ann and Alan to tackle the delicate yet intimidating dessert, Macarons! The comedians will need a light touch and precision to perfect these matcha and ube gelée confections.

No toasters today! Raufikat helps Ann and Alan overcome basic geometry with pastry dough to bake sweet hand-pies, filled with her favourite pineapple jam and finished with a smooth sugar glaze.
