Season 4

Deb is tired of all the critters taking up space in the walls of her cottage-Husband Chris has torn the siding away to reveal the fury critters, but is unable to find the time to shoo them away and build at the same time.

Sharon spends most of her day rescuing little doggies in need of a home-Her retired husband Paul quickly discovers the Puppy Palace he has built needs to grow in size.

Adam and Scott are wave experts; they have a cool wakeboard camp and spend most of their time riding the water. After a long day in the sun, these boys/girls like to spend their time chilling on the front porch but this porch is pitiful.

CB Ross floods the porch every time he decides to go for a dip-Janice his girlfriend has had it, afraid to walk on a rotten death trap of a deck-Janice calls Bryan to help rescue her from drowning.

Rosie makes an emergency call to Bryan because her mom, Pearl is two steps away from falling through the deck. As Pearl paints away her disaster-Brian must show Pearl that paint does not get rid of the problem.

Rene and Owen are brothers and share the cottage duties all summer, Owen is in charge of the docks, but somehow keeps loosing them to the tide. Rene gives Bryan the heads up on the situation and Bryan creates a plan.
