Both Debbie and T-Shirt find themselves once again crossing paths with T-Bag, who has now taken residence in a story book. To ensure she cannot be destroyed, T-Bag brings a halt to time. Debbie must now embark on a quest to locate the silver numbers and restore the town clock to working order in order for all the stories in the book to end, and bring about T-Bag's defeat...

Debbie befriends a dashing Prince searching for his ideal Princess. T-Bag discovers the silver shoes the Prince has prepared for his bride contain silver numbers and plots to attain them...

As Debbie is aided by Bunty Badshot in searching for the number three, T-Bag targets Bunty's reclusive brother Ben, whose cricket bats carry the vital number

Debbie and junk collector Scrap Harry conjure forth a magic genie and attempt a wish for the number four, but the ancient genie is far too old to do magic. T-Bag manipulates Harry and the Genie into delivering Debbie into her clutches...

Debbie is cohered into having her hair cut by Ali Barber, a down-on-his-luck barber in desperate need of customers. As payment for the trim, he takes all of the silver numbers Debbie has collected thus far, which are in turn taken by a powerful Sultan. Meanwhile, T-Bag runs into hair problems all of her own and takes her fury out on The Sultan...

When Debbie's Numbers are seized by good-natured Highwayman Dick Gherkin, T-Bag sets about preparing a trap for the theif..

Debbie is mistaken for a singer by radio pirate jockey Long John Sylvia and her assistant Jack and is recruited to sing for their radio station. The station soon catches the attention of T-Bag, who tries out her own voice on the airwaves, with disastrous results...

Debbie manipulates T-Bag into sending her and astrologist Professor Pockets to the moon, where they encounter aliens and musical rocks all en route to discovering the silver number eight....

When T-Bag strips T-Shirt of his powers, it falls to traveling entertaining Charlie Chuckles to teach him how to do a few fun magic tricks. Debbie encounters a depressed King who carries the number nine as a lucky charm. T-Bag demands to be entertained by the King and in desperation, the King asks Charlie Chuckles for help, but he refuses, insisting the King has not paid for any show before, but then the King promises him the number nine...

T-Bag disguises herself and tricks Debbie into giving her the silver numbers. With the numbers finally in her possesion, T-Bag sets about plotting their destruction. With T-Shirt her only hope, can Debbie locate the remainder of the missing numbers in time?
