Season 2

It's two years after Lani's death. Ruan is the head of the hospital, Amé is in Tokyo, Markus is blossoming as a dancer, Leandri is pursuing her dream of becoming a doctor, Sophia is keeping the house running and Sebastian and Elma's camping adventure is coming to an end.

Ruan begins to develop feelings for the social worker. Amé is unsure about a potential job opportunity. Elma and Sebastian camp out in Ruan's driveway. Leandri's symptoms lead to a diagnosis.

Ruan asks Erica out on a date. Amé makes a drastic decision about her job. Leandri's treatment begins. Markus increasingly succumbs to the pressure and pain.

The family's Easter plans are put aside for Leandri's treatment. Ruan struggles to hide his relationship from Sophia. Amé struggles with her fear. Markus reaches breaking point.
