While the Saads prepare to celebrate their wedding anniversary with their seemingly perfect family, Ghalya’s daughter is diagnosed with a genetic disease that makes her mum grow suspicious about her identity.

After she rules out the medical possibility of being both of her parents’ biological daughter, Ghalya confronts Janette – an act that soon wreaks havoc on the family and puts Romeo to a major test.

The sisters refuse to succumb to Romeo’s demands, but he seems to have other plans. A chance encounter at the hospital confuses Tamara.
