But when the photos are burned by the residents who value discipline, and her bond with the young man is denied, she awakens as the "Circulator" through the power of Libido Cloth. Hiding in a night's cloak, she restrains Yoshida and begins to take pictures of him. What is her true objective? This art, tainted by madness, foreshadows the emergence of an even more dangerous housewife.

Faced with Kanzaki's overwhelming feather-duvet sales pitch, the helpless manager Yoshida is powerless. What will be the outcome of this hopeless "business deal"?

Shikijou's demonic hand, scouting for prey from the balcony, reaches out to the passionate Gouda couple. Though Shikijou seduces Gouda and lures him into the bedroom, she is noticed by Gouda, a martial arts master, and nearly receives a fist of justice. During her escape, Shikijou awakens after putting on the Libido Cloth placed before her. Goda's full-contact karate and the dangerous housewife's obsession collide fiercely on the rooftop of the apartment complex.

Yoshida visits the police station to learn about the investigation into the series of dangerous housewife incidents, but was forbidden from intervening by the cold-hearted detective Haibara and loses consciousness. When Yoshida wakes up in bed, beside him lay Sakakura, the "Dipsomaniac" drowning her grief over losing her beloved husband in alcohol. To stop her rampage, Yoshida purchases a new weapon worth 100,000 yen from Kanzaki.

Yoshida the manager brims with confidence after defeating Sakakura, but facing Ichinose, who openly declares herself a pervert, he comes to understand the suppressed sorrow of the housewives. That aside, as manager, he tries to caution them, but there was no way he could defeat the three of them, and before he knew it, his clothes were being stripped off. Just when Yoshida is in deep trouble, he receives a surprise attack by the Level A Housewife, "Justiceman," Shoda. A new battle as the manager begins.

Amidst this, a wooden crate labeled “Patriotism” floats down the river. Could the new power contained within, the "Voltack Arm," be Yoshida's trump card for a reversal?

Ichinose, having reached the limits of her abstinence, is publicly humiliated before the crowd under Shouda's clutches. The one who stops this horrific public execution is Yoshida, standing tall with the pride of a manager in his heart. Shouda, whose anger has reached its peak, attacks Yoshida with "aside chop." Can the pride of a caretaker stand up to a vicious messenger of justice?
