Robbie considers whether to close down her first restaurant; Tim and Jenae deal with emotions regarding their separation; Tim begins to regret letting Charles move in.

Tim trains Andre in the family business while he prepares for his first weekend alone with his son. Meanwhile, Charles has a pregnancy scare.

Tim and Robbie take turns looking after Ike; Andre picks Charles to be his driving teacher; Tim creates a contest to boost business.

Tim starts a delivery business without consulting his mother; Robbie becomes exasperated with Charles.

Charles decides to help Tim start a delivery service; Jenae and Monique try to set Robbie up on a date.

Jenae takes steps to prevent Tim from seeing his son; Tyrone prepares for an audition; and Robbie pressures Andre to graduate on time.

Robbie wants to reopen West Florissant, but Tim's isn't sure it's worth the cost to repair it; Charles secretly works to expand the delivery service; and Jenae goes on a surprise adventure with her friends.

Tim and Robbie meet with a literary agent in New York to discuss a possible cookbook deal. Meanwhile, the staff at the Upper Crust enjoy their freedom; and Charles delivers his puppies in an inopportune place.

Tim and Robbie face deadline pressure as construction on West Florissant begins. Elsewhere, Charles takes an acting class; and Jenae learns to let go as TJ starts day care.

Robbie asks her niece and her sister to comanage construction on Florissant, but the two don't get along. Elsewhere, Charles' rehearsal time is interrupted by a broken-down delivery car.

Robbie deals with a difficult decision as the deadline to reopen West Florissant approaches. Elsewhere, Charles frets about his acting debut; and Jenae wonders what will happen to her son once Tim moves to Houston.
