Zoya is unhappy after she learns that her sister has fixed up her wedding without her consent. Meanwhile, Rashid's nervous daughter Nikhat is eager to meet her prospective husband.

Ayaan and Asad fight against Zoya's to-be fiancé Akram's goons. Asad gets stabbed and is admitted to a hospital. Asad’s father Rashid visits him in the hospital after 17 years.

Asad doesn't respond positively to Rashid's concern as he is unhappy with Rashid's second marriage. Asad flinches and leaves the hospital with his mother Dilshad.

Razia fills doubts in Shireen's mind that Rashid is trying to see his first wife Dilshad under the pretext of meeting Asad. Ayaan is unhappy with Rashid's submissiveness to Gaffur.

Not able to be at peace, Rashid wishes to meet Asad and know about his well-being. Therefore, he calls up Dilshad and asks her if he may visit Asad at her residence.

Zoya again bumps into Asad, which leads to a funny altercation. Rashid is not able to leave home to visit Asad as Nikhat's prospective groom and family come to visit her.

The confirmation of Nikhat's engagement with Imraan delights everyone. Rashid gets uneasy as he isn't able to visit Asad. Dilshad is equally saddened as Rashid doesn't turn up.

Asad deletes a voicemail from Rashid, in which he seeks Dilshad's forgiveness. Anwar and Zeenat contemplate how risky it is to let Zoya stay and find the truth about her past.

Ayaan is angered by the fairness creams that Nikhat's groom's family has sent. He is advised by Razia and Shireen to control his anger. Zoya mistakenly settles in Asad's bedroom.

Asad is surprised when he finds Zoya in his bedroom. Asad makes Dilshad promise that she will move on from her past life. Rashid awaits Dilshad's call.

An unattended call made by Ayaan to Asad is received by Rashid, and he finds Dilshad on the line. Zoya chases Ayaan on a bike to teach him a lesson after he litters in the market.

Asad is concerned that Zoya's disrespectful conduct will influence Najma. But Dilshad asks Asad to be more tolerant. Zoya asks Najma to identify a building from a half-burnt photo.

Imraan's mother gets upset to see the price tag still intact on their return gifts. Gaffur lectures Rashid to set right his son Ayaan's conduct.

Asad, Zoya and Ayaan discuss their preferences for their potential partner. Dilshad runs into Rashid at the shrine, to which she has come to pray on their 31st wedding anniversary.

Zoya's effort to make her happy delights Dilshad. Rashid lies to Shireen about being at the office. Just then, Imraan's mom comes to exchange the tux offered by Rashid's kin.

A bubbly Zoya confronts Asad on his many objections regarding her and her stay. Haseena reads the name of Asad Ahmed Khan on the bill while trying to get the tux exchanged.

Haseena learns about Asad's identity. Asad is annoyed to say the voice password set by Zoya every time to receive a call. Razia prompts Shireen to make Ayaan wed Humeira.

Asad approaches Zoya furiously and asks her to fix his phone. He breaks it into pieces in a fit of anger. Razia sees Rashid trying to call Dilshad.

Razia grabs Rashid's phone and makes Shireen note down the last called number. Zoya falls in Asad's arms after they both wish the worst for each other under the shooting stars.

Ayaan finally confesses taking monetary help from Asad to buy gifts. Zoya calls Rashid and asks him to come to the same market that she is visiting with Dilshad.

Haseena asks her brother Feroze to secretly find out what's the relationship between Asad and Ayaan. Zoya shares with Dilshad that she remembers her long-lost mother on seeing her.

Senior cop Feroze stops Ayaan and learns that his new bike is registered in Asad's name. Asad sees Najma and Zoya on TV in the evening at a cricket podium. He gets angry.

Razia proposes to Rashid and Shireen that Ayaan and Humeira get married. Asad scolds Najma after she lies about going to the cricket match, and suggests that Zoya leave the house.

Asad fights against goons to bring Zoya back home. When Ayaan goes to buy the items for Nikhat's engagement ritual, the cops stop him for illegal driving.

Asad warns Feroze against holding Ayaan unlawfully without a warrant. Just as Haseena claims that she wants to break off the engagement, Ayaan reaches home.

Razia decides to use Asad to stop Rashid and Dilshad from meeting each other. Zoya unintentionally puts Asad's important CD and the cake mixture in it into the microwave.

Shireen is shocked and hurt to see Rashid holding Dilshad's hand. Razia passes very unpleasant comments to Dilshad which Asad counter attacks and takes Dilshad back home.

Zoya realises her blunder when she cuts the cake and finds a CD. Rashid gets furious at Razia for publicising his personal affairs. Razia responds suitably.

Zoya tries to sneak into Asad's room at night in the dark to find her earrings. Asad assumes that the silhouette is that of Ayaan's and hence talks to it and hugs it. He then realises that it is Zoya. Zoya declares that she will tell everyone about Asad's secret. Asad does not want his mom to know that he meets his step-brothers and step-sisters despite his mother telling him not to meet with members of Rashid's family. Haseena tips off Feroze after Ayaan leaves the engagement ring at her house.

Zoya blackmails Asad and makes him fulfil her demands. Ayaan is abducted by Feroze and rescued by Asad at the cost of Haseena knowing about their relationship.

Zoya increasingly suspects that Asad is a secret agent. Humeira is made to promise by a bruised Ayaan that she would not tell anyone that he is hurt.

Ayaan comes to Asad secretly at night to show him Feroz's gun. Zoya sees the silhouette of Ayaan in Asad's bedroom and decides to find out.

Badi decides to prevent Gaffur from making the declaration of Ayaan's engagement. Asad confirms that Feroze and Haseena are related, and that's why Feroze was tailing them.

Asad, who realises that Zoya has been hiding Mariam, decides that Mariam needs to be sent away. Later, Dilshad brings Mariam into the house, much to Zoya's surprise.

Dilshad learns that Rashid has been burdened by a secret for years. Further, a man enters Asad's house with a gun and in her attempt to save Mariam, Dilshad gets shot.

Asad rushes Dilshad to the hospital. Further, Dilshad's doctor advises Asad that their relatives should be informed. Asad informs Rashid that Dilshad is fighting for her life.

Rashid arrives at the hospital to meet Dilshad, whose heartbeats soon strengthen. Dilshad survives and is out of danger. Further, Asad initiates police action against Dilavar.

Shireen comforts a sobbing Rashid who is relieved that Dilshad has survived. Elsewhere, Asad blames Zoya for Dilshad's shooting and forbids her from meeting Dilshad.

Dilshad tells Asad that she was the one who bought Mariam into the house. Further, Asad apologises to Zoya for his behaviour. However, when Zoya tries to comfort him, he walks off.

Asad and Zoya realise that the gunman was aiming to kill Dilshad. Elsewhere, Razia and Gaffur discuss their failure at having Dilshad killed. Badi Bi questions Razia about Dilshad.

Razia frames Badi Bi as a liar and evades her own confession of attacking Dilshad. Elsewhere, Asad and Zoya try to find Dilshad's attacker through the gun he used.

Asad and Zoya question the suspects of the attack on Dilshad. They meet the final suspect, Raghu Singh, who recognises Zoya and flees before Asad can catch him.

Zoya and Asad are told that Raghu Singh, Dilshad's attacker has committed suicide. However, Zoya recognises Raghu at a shop and follows him as he walks towards a mansion.

Dilshad tells Asad that Rashid is trapped in a lie, but Asad refuses to believe her. Elsewhere, Badi Bi finds photographs of Rashid setting fire to the factory.

Razia recalls how she committed a murder and led Rashid into believing that he killed someone as a result of setting a factory on fire. Asad and Zoya continue their investigation.

Asad finds Rashid in the doll factory and thinks that Rashid shot Dilshad to hide the crimes he committed seventeen years ago. Asad is determined to make Rashid pay for his crimes.

Rashid realises that Razia tried to kill Dilshad and in his fury, gets close to killing Razia. The police officers arrive to arrest Rashid for murder and arson on Asad's orders.

Asad and Dilshad remain firm in their differing beliefs about Rashid's innocence. Further, Dilshad promises Rashid that she will find evidence to prove his innocence.

Dilshad and Shireen are desperate to help Rashid and set him free. Further, Asad remains firm though Zoya, Dilshad and Ayaan try to convince him not to testify against Rashid.

Asad learns about Zoya's fear of fire and her nightmares of being trapped in a burning building. Further, Asad learns that Zoya is in Bhopal to find the father she has never known.

Razia sneaks inside Asad's house and learns of the recorded confession in the doll. Further, Zoya receives a letter, summoning him to testify against Rashid in court.

Razia suspends Badi Bi by her feet as a warning against her quest to expose Razia. Further, Asad confronts Zoya about hiding the court letter, asking him to testify against Rashid.

Zoya and Ayaan make a plan to stop Asad from testifying against Rashid. Further, Asad and Zoya find a framed photograph in an abandoned house that matches the one Zoya has.

Razia gets threatening messages to confess her crimes before it is too late. Elsewhere, Ayaan and Zoya put their plan into action to stop Asad from testifying against Rashid.

Asad's old friend, Tanveer, is invited to stay with the family, making Zoya uncomfortable. Further, Ayaan learns about Rashid being tortured and seeks Asad help for their father.

Razia is desperate to get and destroy the doll with the evidence that will exonerate Rashid. Elsewhere, Zoya is irritated and jealous of Tanveer's close bond with Asad.

Shireen, desperate to find a large amount of money to bail Rashid out of jail, instructs Ayaan to sell off her properties. Zoya is held responsible for a gas leak in Asad's house.

Humeira tricks Gaffur into signing the property papers for Ayaan. However, the papers are intercepted by Razia who offers them to Ayaan in exchange for his marriage to Humeira.

Zoya's special dish for Asad induces a severe allergic reaction to the peanuts in it, but Zoya saves him. Further, Shireen seeks help from Dilshad for Rashid's safety.

Tanveer, Najma and Zoya bring the doll to Asad to dissuade him from testifying against Rashid. However, when he plays the audio recording, it asserts Rashid's guilt.

Rashid is set free as a result of Ayaan's deal with Razia to marry Humeira. Further, Razia destroys the original audio recording, brought to her by Tanveer, the real Billo Rani.

Rashid is determined to leave Razia and Gaffur's house. Further, Rashid learns about Ayaan taking money from Razia. Badi Bi shocks everyone by supporting Razia.

Zoya is revealed to be the illegitimate daughter of Gaffur and Zainab Farooqui. It is further disclosed that Razia killed Zainab and put Zoya in an orphanage seventeen years ago.

Feroz's statement about Asad sending Rashid to jail for revenge surfaces. Elsewhere, Tanveer slips away from Zoya. However, a worried Zoya returns to find Tanveer home already.

Badi Bi gets her revenge for the physical harm that Razia caused her. Elsewhere, Tanveer realises that she is pregnant. Later, Tanveer calls Razia for help, but she declines.

Tanveer tells Imraan that she is pregnant, but he refuses to take responsibility. Further, Razia's insinuations about her lineage stoke Tanveer's aim to marry Asad for his wealth.

Nikhat and Imraan's wedding date gets officially fixed, and Razia hopes to get Ayaan married to Humeira soon. Elsewhere, Tanveer's closeness to Asad irks a jealous Zoya.

Zoya's search for her father leads her to a phone number. When she calls the number, Razia answers and realises that Gaffur's illegitimate daughter is indeed looking for him.

Razia terminates Gaffur's conversation with Zoya. Razia is determined to find Zoya and keep her away from Gaffur. Asad and Ayaan resolve their differences and embrace each other.

Razia uses Zoya's number to call and identify her among the guests at the 'Holi' party. Further, Razia offers Tanveer money in exchange for Zoya's permanent departure from India.

Tanveer learns that Zoya is Gaffur's illegitimate daughter. She misdirects Zoya and uses the information to threaten Razia. Meanwhile, Nikhat tells Ayaan that Humeira loves him.

Asad is misled into believing that Zoya's father has passed away. He takes Zoya to visit her father's grave. However, a distraught Zoya is unwilling to believe Asad.

Zoya grieves the loss of the father she had never known and decides to leave the country. Despite wanting to, Asad doesn't dissuade her. He learns that Zoya has bought the tickets.

Razia wants Ayaan to mention the topic of his wedding to Humeira in front of the family. Elsewhere, Asad indirectly tells Zoya that he doesn't want her to leave.

Razia adds to Shireen's fear of black magic and warns Ayaan that unless he marries Humeira soon, Shireen would get hurt. Tanveer makes Asad think that Zoya wants to leave.

Razia's threats force Ayaan into declaring that he wants to marry Humeira, which makes Rashid and Badi Bi suspicious. Elsewhere, Tanveer's lies result in Zoya's decision to leave.

Asad records an impersonal message for Zoya, unaware that he continues to be recorded when he expresses his vulnerability. Later, Tanveer hears Asad's message and destroys the CD.

Asad lies to make sure that Zoya stays back which infuriates Tanveer. Further, Zoya is summoned to the Immigration office and asked to leave in a day or be deported.

Razia makes Shireen think that Dilshad is practising black magic on Ayaan because she is jealous of Shireen. Further, Zoya's immigration officer arrives at Asad's house.

Mr. Bhatawdekar is firm on deporting Zoya, but Asad stops it by lying about him and Zoya getting engaged. Elsewhere, Razia manipulates Shireen into rushing Ayaan's engagement.

Zoya feeds Humeira the sweets that Tanveer had poisoned earlier. When Humeira collapses, Razia accuses Zoya of acting on Dilshad's orders to hurt Rashid's family.

Asad places an engagement ring on Zoya's finger and stops her from getting deported. Elsewhere, Humeira's condition worsens. Asad tells Dilshad that his engagement is fake.

Humeira regains consciousness. Elsewhere, Tanveer intends to electrocute Zoya. However, Asad realises that something is amiss and rushes to save Zoya.

Dilshad feigns being ill to emotionally blackmail Asad into getting married. Elsewhere, Badi Bi mocks Razia by ensuring that her hair gets cut. Later, Asad and Zoya get engaged.

Asad and Zoya decide to stay engaged until Dilshad is well. Tanveer's pregnancy makes her nauseous, and she collapses. Tanveer feigns an anxiety attack in order to not be examined.

Asad ties a band on Zoya's arm as a symbol of their love and trust. Further, Tanveer tampers with the electric fuse and stands armed with a knife, ready to hurt Zoya.
