Season 4

In the Season 4 Premiere, the couples take part in a game show that reveals dark truths; and a secret affair is exposed. Later, a disturbing twist sends one of the couples home.

A surprise wedding takes a dark turn when tragedy strikes; and Judge Lynn Toler from "Divorce Court" teams up with Jim and Elizabeth and gets serious with the couples.

The spouses swap for a sexy tango competition that spirals into a jealous rampage; and Sundy goes commando. Meanwhile, Catherine's jealousy from sharing Sean with other women on "The Bachelor" reignites.

The couples engage in a verbal boxing match; Catherine and Ink are honest with each other; and Sugar Bear is forced to come clean about his infidelities, crushing Mama June.

The couples become frustrated during a blind communication drill; Mama June has a panic attack; and Sugar Bear confesses to more infidelities. Later, an argument erupts when a secret pregnancy is revealed.

The couples open up about their sex lives; Sean and Catherine bare it all; Sundy and Benzino's secret past is revealed; Cedric becomes infuriated; and Althea and Benzino are forced to cooperate with each other.

The couples confront their traumatic pasts and work to forgive those who hurt them; Sundy reveals a childhood secret; Cedric is devastated; Catherine and Sean start to break down; and Benzino is ambushed.

Sean and Catherine fight dirty behind closed doors, leading Jim and Elizabeth to confront them about their secret. Later, tensions escalate when the couples reveal their inner demons; and Ink threatens to hurt the directors.

Infidelities are exposed when the couples are surprised with a lie-detector test; and Sugar Bear gets upset after being pressed for answers. Later, Catherine gets wild when the couples are given a hall pass.

Heartbreak strikes the final ring ceremony; the couples must decide whether or not to stay together; one decision shocks the whole house; and a surprise proposal bursts into flames.
