Season 2

Things aren't smooth sailing during Kotoko and Naoki's honeymoon, as someone else has her eye on Naoki. But when they return from their trip, the two of them discover that it's just the beginning... (Note: Repeat of the "Love in Okinawa" special episode, except for the last 3 minutes.)

Kotoko gets nervous when Naoki refuses to sign the marriage registration forms and doesn't come home for a while.

A new girl has entered Kotoko and Naoki's lives, but for once it might not be Naoki that she's interested in. A mistaken diagnoses spirals out of control and Kotoko can't handle it.

Chris is leaving Japan soon, but despite her hardest efforts, Kinnosuke adamantly refuses all of her advances. Naoki must make good on a promise, but things don't go exactly as Kotoko plans.

Kotoko begins nursing school, but faces new challenges with her group members. A new friend of Kotoko's isn't too fond of Naoki's treatment toward her.

As Keita pursues Kotoko, Naoki begins to act distant, making Kotoko worry that her marriage is over.

Fed up with Naoki's cold behavior, Kotoko leaves home. Kotoko's official capping ceremony approaches, making her a full-fledged nurse.

It's Kotoko's first day as an intern, but things don't go as smoothly as she planned when her patient is out to make it a very difficult two weeks for her.

When Naoki's younger cousin Rika comes to stay with the family for a bit, she proves to be another obstacle for Kotoko.

Kotoko meets a kindred spirit. Naoki gets more than he bargained for when he goes to visit Kotoko's relatives.

Yuki finds himself in a familiar situation, and must tutor a girl with a huge crush on him. Naoki passes the National Boards, but then is faced with a difficult decision.

Unable to focus in school, Kotoko travels 300 miles to see Naoki again after he gets an internship in Kobe.

Kotoko is finally a full-fledged nurse, but worries that due to her lack of experience, she'll be a burden on Naoki.

After Naoki's unassisted operation saves a life, he still must face the repercussions of the medical board for breaking the rules. Yuki and Kinnosuke both come to important realizations.

After taking a nasty fall, Naoki has the misfortune of becoming Kotoko's number one patient. Kinnosuke finally realizes his feelings for Chris, but he may be too late.

Kotoko tries to celebrate her ideal birthday with Naoki, but nothing goes as planned.
