Bernie, Ashwin and Lindsay confront Marang about Diksie's performance results. Rossouw makes an offer to Jack about the case, but Sarah is suspicious of his motives.

Karel's plans to confront Jack are disrupted by someone from his past. Itumeleng's relationship with his son gets stronger as he shares values of being a chief.

Jack is excited that his Uncle Charles will be visiting but Karel isn't happy about the visit. Itumeleng tries to mend his relationship with Modise, but Lelo interferes.

Uncle Charles seems to have a calming effect on Jack's sour relationship with Karel and gives him advice on women.
