McKayla. 17, decides to move out of her grandparents' house with her baby. Lexus, 16, reveals the details on her breakup with Shayden. 16 year-old Chloe's boyfriend Max has a lot to learn. Pregnant Emiley, 18, is frustrated with her boyfriend, Diego.

Lexus reunites with her child's father. Shannon tells her daughter, McKayla, she can move in, but her boyfriend is not welcome. Diego does not participate at Emiley's baby shower. Chloe reveals to Max that her mom doesn't like him and tension build.

Mckayla tells Caelan that he needs to step up as a father; Emiley tries to make things work with Diego; Laura and her boyfriend, Tylor, are just days away from inducing labor; and Lexus tells her mom, Kelsey, that she’s back together with Shayden.

Tim and Cindy see Shannon’s new house and don’t approve; Chloe attends her new school for pregnant teens; Laura’s induction day coincides with her sister’s birthday; and Kelsey considers pursuing guardianship of Scarlett.

Laura and Tylor bring the baby home; Chloe and Jessica prep for the baby shower; Diego finally attends a doctor appointment with Emiley; McKayla decides whether or not to move in with Shannon.

Chloe and Jessica have a tearful disagreement; Shannon confronts the family. Meanwhile, after having a false alarm, Emiley goes into labor; and Lexus struggles to get her license.
