Season 1

Shano hopes to finally meet Khalil, her fiance since they were kids, at a family wedding. But Khalil would rather play cricket than attend the event.

Shano's relatives encourage her to make a romantic gesture toward Khalil before they meet, but her mother, Rasheeda, tries to put a stop to it.

Khalil and Shano see each other for the first time. Khalil's father asks Amin for Shano's hand. Khalil makes his intentions clear to Shano's parents.

Shano tells Humaira why she thinks her parents don't want to marry Khalil. Maqsood advises Khalil to swallow his pride. Two suitors visit Shano.

Shano and Khalil have their first conversation. Khalil jockeys for position with Fayaz and slips a letter to Shano. Amin learns of Khalil's visit.

Shano seeks religious advice. When Khalil's parents visit Shano's to ask for her hand in marriage, an unexpected guest joins the conversation.

Humaira becomes suspicious when Rasheeda doesn't allow her to see Shano. Rasheeda makes plans for Shano. Khalil receives a reply to his letter.

On his way to Shano's home, Khalil is stopped by Fayaz and his friends. Upon hearing what has happened, Shano threatens to take drastic measures.

Fayaz's father asks the priest to broker a peace between Khalil and his son. Khalil asks Rasheeda why she wants to get revenge against his family.

At Rasheeda's insistence, Amin asks Fayaz's parents to force a marriage between Shano and Fayaz. Khalil shocks Shano with a prediction.

The priest gives Khalil advice. Believing it is the only solution, Maqsood asks Khalil's father to consent to a court marriage for his son and Shano.

Khalil's mother recalls a past betrayal. Rasheeda asks a shaman for help. Shano and Khalil plan a rendezvous. Khalil loses his cool with Rasheeda.

Khalil proposes an idea to Shano. A party guest at Humaira's home starts trouble with Khalil. Rasheeda wakes up to find that Shano is missing.

Khalil is taken into custody by the police. Rasheeda tells Khalil's father that she will allow his son to marry Shano -- under one specific condition.

Shano tells her father she doesn't believe her mother's accusations. Maqsood convinces Khalil to accept an alternative. Shano gets an urgent message.

Maqsood and Khalil propose a plan to Shano. Shano's sister is found waiting to unlock the gate for Shano's return. A new suitor comes to court Shano.

Rasheeda assures Amin she has a way to force Shano's consent. A relative points out to Rasheeda a disadvantage to her plan she hadn't thought of.

An informant visits Amin. Khalil's loyalty to his family is used as a weapon against him. Rasheeda pulls a stunt that forces Khalil to make a promise.

Humaira tells Shano of the odd exchange she had with Rasheeda the night before. Shano agrees to testify against Khalil if her father makes a promise.

Amin brings accusations against Khalil's father. Rasheeda tells Amin to make a false promise to Shano's grandmother in order to take Shano back home.

Amin takes a stand against Rasheeda. Humaira has a surprising conversation with Shano. Rasheeda reveals her true desires to Amin.

Misfortune befalls Amin. After being told of a premonition, Shano makes a difficult decision. Rasheeda behaves shamelessly in Amin's absence.

Humaira confesses her true feelings. Maqsood gives Shano a prognosis and tells her what she must do in order for her father to recover fully.

Humaira admits to her mother that there's a man she wants to marry. Khalil's mother decides to make a sacrifice. Khalil learns family secrets.

Shano shows compassion toward her mother. Khalil learns why he is expected to pay for another man's sins. Humaira writes Khalil a letter.

Believing he has inherited Sadiq's bad qualities, Khalil agrees to meet with Humaira. Khalil's mother begs Rasheeda for forgiveness.

Khalil's mother is inconsolable. Humaira seeks Shano's forgiveness. Khalil carries out Shano's wishes. The fates of Khalil and Shano are revealed.
